Re: Got a Controller That's Not Supported? Here's How To Submit A Report.....

PDP Xbox One Camo controller not on list of supported controllers. Attempting to connect to PS4 console with USB hub port (2.0). CM shows a solid zero
when plugged in. The controller will not turn on. Controller worked on PC plugged in through the CM with no issues after I set it to automatic vs PS4. Is there a plugin I should also being using for this to work? I tried the Xbox One default for PS4 and the PS4 cross over essential and neither worked. I have most
current firmware(1.24) and software (pro 1.20). Thanks for any assistance you could provide.

Re: Got a Controller That's Not Supported? Here's How To Submit A Report.....

HI. I just bought a Razer Wolverine Ultimate for my xbox one to use with my cronusmax & the controller doesn't work. I've alread ytried updating the firmware and downgrading the firmware. Tournament mode made it work for a while, but then even that stop powering my controller. I messed with all kids of setting and still no compatibility. Can anyone please help? Thanks.

Re: Got a Controller That's Not Supported? Here's How To Submit A Report.....

Hey guys, I would like to check if this PS4 controller I have is compatible. As it is not an official sony DS4 and I have difficulty determining the make. But when I have it connected through the Cronusmax+ it is able to load game packs but there is no movement or response from the buttons on this PS4 controller despite it appearing connected properly.

Thanks for your time and assistance provided.

Found USBView and found the VID/PID = 054C:05C4
I will try a different approach with the controller to see if I can get it to respond.

Followed instructions for setting up Wireless DS4. The controller is showing a solid white light after pairing. CM+ is showing the A U message. Will attempt set up using cable.

Set up controller using wired connection. The CM+ Changes to a 0 and the controller led turns solid blue. But unfortunatley there is no input response to the PS4 and no movement detected. Have also tried 2 other micro USBs just to make sure.

Hello. I love the CM+, such a great tool!!!

I have a Razer Wolverine and unfortunately the CM+ does not recognise it. When its plugged into the CM+ and into my xbox1, the display on CM+ just flashes 'A U'. No programmed slot numbers are displayed and i have no control with the controller so have to unplug it and plug in standard xbox controller to access the xbox GUI.

I have the full CM+ kit that also included the on/off reset switch cable, spare USB extension cable, Cronus usb2.0 hub etc.

I have tried all combinations with/without the on/off switch cable, extension USB, Cronus usb2.0 HUB, and all USB ports on the Xbox both front and back and get no response with the Razer Wolverine controller through any combination.

Listed below are the details from USB View program of the controller. If the lovely people here could see if there is a work around or simple code fix for this controller it would be much appreciated as its a lot better than having to use my standard Xbox1 controller

UPDATE: I have opened 'device monitor' in the CM software and plugged in a XB1 gen controller. Device monitor see's it straight away. I then un-plug the XB controller and plug in the Razer and it doesnt see it all, just saying 'connect controller'.
As the Razer controller uses a dedicated slotted plug for the micro USB cable end, i cant use a standard micro-USB cable to test the controller, So i used my multi-meter to check the pinouts on the razer usb cable and they all pinout correctly on all pins i.e 1-1, 4-4 etc.

I have also unplugged the Razer usb cable and plugged it into my standard XB1 controller and the XB1 controller works fine through the razer usb cable with the CM+, so it must be something within the Razer controller itself (auto-config or binding sequence) that is not being recognised by the CM+

If you switch to PC Mode it should work - just no touchpad support.

You may have to use a USB Hub too if your console is a PS4. Follow these steps: http://cronusmax.com/manual/wired_cr..._a_usb_hub.htm
