    Mouse Setting help please

Issue with moving the mouse Upwards, the crosshair bends to the Left. So cant react to someone on a higher level then me
The feel of everything else is perfect! Just cant aim high or low without a bend in movement.
btw moving Left and Right is perfectooo

    Games : Call of Duty : MW3/MW2
Mouse : Razer Deathadder Chroma / 500 polling rate / 1600 Dpi matched to XAIM dpi.
    Keyboard : SteelSeries
    PC : High Standard.

I have tried a few settings, my deadzone is perfect. I have also tried to higher one Axis to remove the bend.
    Any help will be perfect.

    Thanks

    Good morning -

Tre LOWERING the sensitivity or acceleration of your y axis. You can also try to lower the deadzone for the y axis, but thats a last resort, haha. Ill get you some screenshots of what setting to tweak to correct your issue

Havent tried the deadzone one just yet..(( But i did try lowering the (y) axis on both individually , it only made it worse.
So i thought to see if highering the (y) axis twice as much as i use to. and it solved the problem.
But one problem is my up and down is rreally fast! compared to left and right. its uncontrollable to aim up and down even though its straight

only way to eliminate the bend, is by highering the up and down sens. but thats unplayable cause diagonal sensitivity will be mixed with both x & y axil

Sorry, I meant to get back to you sooner - I had a bit of a crazy day yesterday. See if these settings feel better - Keep in mind, that they're not going to feel perfect just yet, and that this is just to see if its better than it was

I'm sorry, I gave you "backwards" settings. Stick the Yaxis Value back to where it was and lower the Xaxis value.

See if this makes it stop "bending"

Sounds like you're experiencing 'Angle Snapping' issues - do you have a setting to enable this on your mouse?

Give these a read - there's some good information in there:
    https://mikesmice.com/what-is-angle-snapping/

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MTqkuSk3K8w

And this user explains how he fixed the problem that was caused by the Razer software. He used an older version and this fixed it.

let me know how you get on - we will add this to the manual if it works

You need to ENABLE the angle snapping, because I purposely gave you settings that would counter the problem you are having to the EXTREME had it been with the software - sounds like its the way you're physically moving your mouse - I have the G502 and just about every other popular gaming mouse to test and compare settings

If your mouse wiggles too much left and right - LOWER the Xaxis Sensitivity and Acceleration ( you said this made it to where you can't look left and right but moving up and down still causes you to look left and right?) How is this possible if you just said its preventing you from looking?

Either way, i'm sure we can figure out whats going on and get you all setup

when i cant move left and right, the up and down is straight, but when i higher the left and right sensitivity it comes back. There is no inbetween....

and the bend i get from moving up and down i made sure by also putting my hand upgainst the edge of the mouse pad with my fingers on the side, to make sure my movement is straight....

Raise the setting with VERY small amounts until it starts to improve - This will allow you to find the sweet spot.
If the sensitivity setting isn't doing it, lower the acceleration value and repeat the process.

Its a whole lot of trial/error to tune your mouse settings, and if you aren't familiar with how each setting effects the others, it takes a bit of time to get things to where you need them to be.
