    DEVICE DISCONNECTED

    I am frustrated.... my computer has the latest drivers and everything... CMAXPLUS is detected and SHOULD be working properly.... after 13 hours of testing, im giving up. IT JUST SAYS DEVICE DISCONNECTED.

    i tried everything, i even tried my friends pc which it accepted an worked properly... it's plugged in to a 2.0 port and i followed EVERY INSTRUCTION.

    I NEED HELP.

    PLEASE.

    I've moved the thread...

    To answer the question: Try turning off your antivirus, and check that it is indeed found by windows (via device manager)

    Same for me...but i want to try with a third pc. I dont have sound from pc when connecting usb, you?
    And of course device disconnected...
    Its the second cronusmax plus v3 i get and nothing changed.
    I wonder what it takes to make it run.
    waiting one week and then i'll proced with a new restitution... im sorry
