Forza Horizon 2

The Forza Horizon 2 GamePack for CronusMAX PLUS is one of the most advanced GamePack's ever created for a driving game. It features 10 expert class MODS that will help you master every single race in Forza Horizon 2. We have also included our hugely popular MOD navigation feature that allows you to adjust your class settings with your controller while in-game. This is the first time that this has been introduced into a Forza GamePack.

A very special thanks to GPC scripting legend and CronusMAX community staffer, KittyDawn (Andrew).

GamePack Configuration

How to Enter GamePack Menu Mode:
Hold SELECT+START for 2 seconds to enter menu mode.
Hold SHARE+OPTIONS for 2 seconds to enter menu mode.
Hold BACK+START for 2 seconds to enter menu mode.
Hold VIEW+MENU for 2 seconds to enter menu mode.

IMPORTANT
Always keep the SELECT/SHARE/BACK/VIEW button pressed while in Menu mode. To exit the menu mode, release the SELECT/SHARE/BACK/VIEW button.

Player LED 4 will blink the number of the current Class (DS4 will flash Pink).
Player LED 3 will blink the number of the active MOD for the current Class (DS4 will flash green).

NOTE

If the Player LED 3 is not blinking, it means either no MOD or the Default setting is selected for the current Class. See below for instructions how to navigate between Classes and MOD's.

You can also pre-configure your GamePack settings using the GamePack Configuration Interface (GCI) in Cronus Pro. The GCI opens automatically when you load a GamePack to a memory slot, or you can simply click on the memory slot number to the left of the loaded GamePack to open the GCI. As soon as you select your preferred settings, close the GCI and click the PROGRAM DEVICE button. To select the GamePack you wish to use on your console, press the Memory Slot button on the CronusMAX PLUS so that it highlights the corresponding number on the LED (so if you have a GamePack loaded to Memory Slot 1, the LED on the CronusMAX PLUS should display the number 1).

Controller Selection
This MOD allows you to use non-Xbox One controllers with Forza Horizon 2. Unlike other mods, if you are using a controller which does not support trigger rumble, in game feedback is not lost as it will automatically remap the trigger rumbles over to your specified controllers rumble motors.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When using controllers 3 & 4 Left/Right/Down on the D-Pad, it will press Left/Right/Down on the Right Stick so you can look left, right and back while driving.

WARNING
If the D-Pad down is used for gear shifting with controller 4, it will not look back when pressed.

Class 1.2
Enhanced Adjustable Deadzone
Controllers 3 & 4 Only
The Enhanced Adjustable Deadzone is a new feature added in the 1.4 version of the Forza Horizon 2 GamePack. This option is not required for controllers 1 & 2

You can now set the initial output of your wheels axis and the wheel output will be converted based on a mathematical equation and ratio.

For example, if the Deadzone is set at 20, an output from the wheel of 1 will equal 20 and an output of 100 will equal 100, or if the Deadzone is set at 45, an output from their wheel of 1 will equal 45 and an output of 100 will equal 100

This new complex equation gives the user complete control over their wheels Deadzone and unlike other wheel calculations, it doesn’t simply push the problematic Deadzone to the end of the scale, It actually removes it giving you unparalleled precision and control!

The default level is 20 and this usually eliminates the Deadzone. Anything below 20 reduces the elimination. Anything above 20 is like a negative Deadzone. The controller will always be outputting in one direction. It is unlikely anything above a value of 25 would be required, however we have allowed for a maximum level of 100 in case there are rare scenarios. Anything higher would usually make it impossible to drive in a straight line.

You should also go to the Advanced Controls Options within the game settings and set the steering axis settings as follows:

Controller 3 In-Game Settings: Steering Axis Deadzone - Inside: 0 & Outside: 90
Controller 4 In-Game Settings: Steering Axis Deadzone - Inside: 0 & Outside: 70 or 90 if you want 1:1 steering wheel position in cockpit view.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
You can also adjust the Deadzone from your controller while in-game: While Class 1 is selected with either controller 3 or 4, press RB/R1 to increase the Deadzone or press LB/L1 to decrease the Deadzone.

Class 2
Rumble Adjustment Strength
This MOD allows you to adjust the rumble strength being sent out by the Xbox One console.  This is especially important when using a Racing Wheel as the standard rumble output is barley detectable on them.  Now you will not lose any of the vital feedback from Forza 5 when racing with your wheel. This setting applies to controllers 2, 3 & 4.

Auto Clutch with Optional Throttle Correction
Want to earn those extra credits for using Manual with clutch but can't get the hang of pressing the clutch button during gear shifts? Not to worry, this MOD will automatically activate the clutch for you.

But wait there's more! Usually, to get the perfect gear change you need to release the throttle during gear changes and apply it again as soon as the change is complete.  Not with the CronusMAX PLUS! Unlike other Mods, this one will also take control of the throttle during gear changes so you can hold it down without over revving your engine.

Quick Enable/Disable the Auto Clutch MOD. LED 3 is lit if enabled.
