Downgrade to FW 1.44 and run the CronusMAX PLUS Upgrade again

    To downgrade - https://cronusmax.com/forums/showthread.php?t=146933

    And to upgrade/install Cronus PRO - https://cronusmax.com/forums/showthread.php?t=146931

Then try again - make sure the micro USB cable is good (test with Cronus PRO Device Monitor)

The only thing if its not a faulty unit is that you haven't upgraded the CM correctly to CronusMAX PLUS or its a bad micro usb cable.

If you think it's faulty follow the returns procedure with whomever you purchased from and get a replacement.

Re: CronusMAX PLUS - How to Authorize Xbox One Controllers

    Hi all,
just bought CM+ and have a hard time to authentize it on the pc. i put Output to xb360 - unpluged it from the PCPROG and entered it via the Output to the PC. as stated it will wait for the Controller (indicated by the idle box and the lower dot). once I plug in the elite Controller to CM it rumples once and nothing else happens - no matter how Long i wait or which usb port i use. any help welcome!!!

    Thanks a lot

    Ben

Hi. I just revived my CM+. I authorized the XB1 controller, now this may be a dumb question, but can i use the controller wirelessly or does it always have to be connected to the CM+ with the usb cable? Whenever I do unplug the cable the controller just blinks.

Cronusmax pro goes back to AU when unplugging Xbox controller

    Hi all,
I have got the cronusmax to authorize on the xbox one x, I have loaded a script for flight sticks, I want to run my saitek x52 pro on ace combat 7, the moment I unplug the xbox controller it goes back to AU, so I can't plug another device into the usb port.
    Any help much appreciated.

Re: CronusMAX PLUS - How to Authorize Xbox One Controllers

With the X52 you need to use X-aim. You need to keep the xbox controller plugged in to the cronusmax and plug the X52 into a laptop or other windows pc running the CronusPro software and use the X-aim plugin.

Here are some links to help you get started:

    Ok, great thanks.
I will have a read through them.
I did see in the video however, I appreciate I can't for the saitek, that once the cronusmax is authorised you can unplug and select a memory location but that doesn't seem possible.

Authorizing (authenicating) is only part of it. The cronusmax by itself cannot translate PC controllers; you need a PC with X-aim for that part. The only flight sticks that I know of that work plugged directly into the cronusmax are the Xbox 360 flight sticks and the Flight Stick 3 for the PS3.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.
I was more thinking about correct functionality of the cronusmax, if I wanted to plug something else in other than a pc controller, the video definitely shows once cronusmax is authorised you can unplug the xbox controller and then plug in a Xbox 360 controller.
We have an Xbox 360 as well as the one x, several controllers for the 360 but only one for the one x.

Xbox 360 controllers work really well plugged straight into the cronusmax and you can save gamepacks and scripts for them onto the cronusmax memory slots.

Hi, ok. Good to know Xbox 360 controllers work. But still doesn't explain why after authorizing the cronusmax with the xbox one x controller the second you unplug it the cronusmax goes back into wanting to be authorised rather than staying on a memory location, or am I missing something and being really thick.

    Hi,
I have connected my xbox1 controller but would like to know how to connect wirelessly.
I have the wireless dongle that came with the cronus.
Could you provide a step by step feature on how to connect the controller wirelessly.
Also could you explain how to go through your cronusmax when its in the console. As i seem to see it work but i also see that you can change the MOD you would like to use on the stick. i seem to be getting all sorts of flashing light but not understanding what they mean?
all i would like is an aim assist for bo4 on xbox1?
    Thanks
