    but to this day I didn't receive any tracking number or any shipping information

    I sent Email but no response !! I called them by phone but no answers !!

    they are died or what ?

    Have patience, give them a few more days and you'll probably get a response to your e-mail, it's been 2 days... i wouldn't start worrying until it's been over a week...

    There's recently been quite a few holidays aswell, and if you called in the last few hours, nobody is in the office as they're americans and can't be available 24/7
