Control reconnects with ps4 and zen together

My personal zen cronus has arrived, my ps4 control is the CUH-ZCT2E WIRELESS CONTROLLER DC SV===800mAm model, I've made all the necessary configuration for it to connect to my ps4. But it connects on the pc to recognize on the monitor and no longer connects to my ps4. could any good divine soul help me?

I did it all again, as you are asking and still can't connect, I used a friend's control and it worked normal.

maybe a bad USB cable, try with another cable
or bad controller...

Your friends controller worked because it was never paired to the console, what you do is go into the console settings - Go to Devices - Go to controllers - Go to Communication Method - Click Use USB Cable. After that back out Controllers and select Bluetooth Devices and make sure the controller is unpaired. After doing that you should be all set
