The Fortnite - Smart Aim Edition GamePack is the very latest set of Mods for Fortnite, built from the ground up utilizing the powerful new Speed Toggle & MOD Menu System, which makes the GamePack easier to use than ever before. We're proud to introduce a brand new "learning" Mod system to Cronus GamePacks - Smart Anti-Recoil, Smart Aim Assist, Smart Aim Abuse Mods from Batts - these new Mods are all linked to your actual in-game settings, and when used collectively this is the most potent target tracking mod you'll ever see for Fortnite - the closest to an Aimbot you will find anywhere. This new Smart Aim Technology "learns" by listening to feedback from the rumble motor and right analog stick, then adjusts the settings accordingly using a series of algorithms so that you're automatically getting the most optimum settings in real-time!

Other features include Rapid Fire, Strafe Shot, Drop Shot (these are available individually or all at the same time - see 'The Funky Chicken'), Bumper/Trigger Swap, Hair Triggers, and Fortnite Build Mode - as well as an exclusive new Smart Shot feature. All the different default button layouts are also supported, including Combat Pro, Builder Pro, Quick Builder, and Old School. Special thanks to LegitCloudzzz for his excellent ideas and assistance during testing.

We also invite you to join the Cronus Discord Channel - setup and run by members of the Cronus Community. There are several channels dedicated to GamePacks which offer live support and feedback, including direct support from senior members of the Cronus Community. Tracking is amazing at all distances for me with this - Tracking someone who is gliding around, for instance — no user input required to track at all distances within an excellent tolerance. If anyone was a fan of my scripts, this is much better. Batts did what I've always envisioned. Super impressive!" LegitCloudzzz

GamePack GCI Options

All GamePacks have Mods that can be tuned and customized to your preference. This scripting engine is what makes the CronusMAX so powerful and extremely popular with the gaming community. Gaming Mod configuration is now made more accessible than ever before with the new GCI (GamePack Configuration Interface). It pops up as soon as you program the GamePack to your Cronus (Video). Some Mods can be directly enabled/disabled here, and some are disabled in-game by default, but have several available options that can be set here and then enabled or activated while in-game.

GamePack Setup - Important First Steps

If you have a CronusMAX PLUS, open the Cronus PRO software and go to Tools > Options > CMax Plus and enable "Mimic Controller Player LEDs" for the backlight LED features to work.

The majority of these Mods are disabled in-game by default (example: White LED on first load means Rapid Fire is disabled, and a quick tap of LT+D-PAD UP will enable Rapid Fire, demonstrated with the LED changing to Pink), so when using this GamePack for the first time, be sure to check each Mod in-game to make sure everything is enabled or disabled precisely the way you want. With the built-in Toggles and LED notifications, this should take only a couple of minutes and will also make you familiar with how to use and configure the GamePack. We have found this eliminates almost all issues that users have using GamePacks on a CronusMAX PLUS.

Enable Feedback Vibration
Setup Step 1

Feedback Vibration must be enabled in-game in order for the Smart Anti-Recoil, Smart Aim Assist, Smart Aim Abuse Mods to function correctly.

MENU/OPTIONS BUTTON> SETTINGS

Input Device
Setup Step 2

Scoped weapons do not work with Smart Aim Abuse/Smart Aim Assist if you are using a mouse and keyboard, or a controller with the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod Enabled. There is a workaround by using the ADS Press Sensitive (95%) option for those Mods, but as there is no pressure sensitivity detection with a controller bumper or mouse button, we've added a feature which allows you to emulate Press Sensitive (95%) by double-tapping the mouse button or bumper if you are using a mouse or a controller with the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled.

Select your Input Device in the GCI (see image below).

Notes
1
Controller
All controllers with the Bumper / Trigger Swap Mod disabled.
2
Mouse or Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod
If you are using a mouse or a controller with the Bumper / Trigger Swap Mod enabled, you must select this option so you can use the Smart Aim Mods with scoped weapons. This action is done by double-tapping the Mouse Button or Bumper to enable Press Sensitive (95%) emulation, which allows scoped weapons. Double-tap again to disable this mode if you wish to use none scoped weapons.

IMPORTANT: Smart Aim Abuse/Smart Aim Assist GCI option must be set to 'Press Sensitive 95%.'

In-Game Button Layout
Setup Step 3

All default Fortnite Combat & Builder button layout options are available in this GamePack. Set this option in the GCI (see below).

MENU/OPTIONS BUTTON> SETTINGS > RIGHT BUMPER TO CONTROLLER

NOTE: This step is critical. If you don't select the correct layout that you are using in-game, the Mods will not function correctly. Custom keybinds may interfere with certain Mods, and we recommend that you use only the default layouts for optimal GamePack performance.

In-Game Controller Settings
Setup Step 4

The GamePack now syncs with your In-Game sensitivity settings to ensure complete accuracy with Smart Mod Technology. You will find this value in the settings menu of the game (see below), then entered into the GCI (also, see below). The decimal point can be ignored, so, for example, 0.700=700, 0.15 = 15 and so on.

MENU/OPTIONS BUTTON> SETTINGS

MENU/OPTIONS BUTTON> SETTINGS > RIGHT BUMPER TO CONTROLLER > RIGHT TRIGGER TO DEAD ZONE

NOTE: This step is critical. If you don't enter the settings that you're using in-game, any Smart Mods will not function correctly.

GamePack Mods - Toggles

A great feature of GamePacks is that many of the Mods work together and can be enabled at the same time, making them especially potent. However, for maximum effect, some of them need to be quickly enabled/disabled during gameplay, depending on the type of Mod and its features. This requires what we call 'Toggles.'

Toggles are designed to give you the ability to instantly change the configuration of certain Mods that require fast access with a simple pre-configured button combo. Some Mods are 'Speed Toggles', and this means they can be enabled/disabled instantly while gaming and some are 'Menu Toggles,' which means you have to access the incredibly useful MOD Menu (see below). From there, you can change the configuration of multiple Mods without complicated button combos. When the MOD Menu is active (flashing blue Cronus LED), all Mods will be suspended to stop any interference with gameplay.

Speed Toggles also require a slightly longer press to prevent accidental triggering (only 500ms), and all toggles have rumble feedback and LED notifications. Some Mod options are set in the GCI and then Enabled or Disabled in-game using a toggle. You can also check the status of any Mod in the MOD Menu by merely pressing its activation button. For example, if Menu Toggle is LT+D-PAD UP, the activation button is D-PAD UP. When in the MOD Menu, press D-PAD UP and the LED will either flash Green or Red to tell you if the Mod is enabled or disabled.

Bumper/Trigger Swap
Mod 1

Flip Bumpers to Triggers with this popular feature - compatible with all button layouts.

Important

Scoped weapons do not work with Smart Aim Abuse/Smart Aim Assist if you are using a controller with this Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod Enabled (or if you are using a keyboard and mouse). There is a workaround by using the ADS Press Sensitive (95%) option for those Mods, but as there is no pressure sensitivity detection with a controller bumper, we've added a feature that allows you to emulate Press Sensitive (95%) by double-tapping the bumper.

This Mod is disabled by default; however, it can be enabled in the GCI (see image below). There is no Toggle for this option so it cannot be changed during gameplay.

Rapid Fire
Mod 2 - Speed Toggle

When Rapid Fire is enabled, you can turn virtually any semi-automatic weapon into a deadly, fully automatic weapon. This creates a very unique advantage for players using semi-automatic weapons and some shotguns too. Rapid Fire is not meant for fully automatic weapons, however it can have positive side effects such as reducing recoil, helping players conserve ammunition and achieve more headshots due to a slower, more controlled fire rate.

To shoot automatic bursts with Burst Fire guns, simply hold down the fire button for maximum burst speed.

This version of Rapid Fire is tuned to the fastest possible settings, tested with every gun. You do not need to tune anything else, we've done the hard work for you. Includes Anti-ModBlock Technology which prevents game developers from detecting you're using Rapid Fire based Mods - exclusive to Cronus!

Rapid Fire Status LED

Rapid Fire isn't compatible with every Fortnite weapon, so you need to be able to quickly turn it off (or turn it on) during intense matchups without it affecting your gameplay. When Rapid Fire is disabled, the Cronus LED will light up 'White' so you can check the status of the Rapid Fire mod at any time.

When you hit the Speed Toggle for Rapid Fire, the Cronus LED will either blink Green for enabled or Red for disabled.

When it is enabled, the Cronus LED will light up Pink, which means the GamePack is active and Rapid Fire is also active. When Rapid Fire is disabled, the Cronus LED will light up 'White.' This visual feature allows you to see if your Rapid Fire is available or not, and you can adjust your play accordingly.

Strafe Shot
Mod 3 - Speed Toggle

Enable the Strafe Shot Mod by using the Toggle below. Then, use ADS (LT/L2) and press Fire (usually RT/R2 unless you have the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled), and you will strafe sideways, alternating left to right while shooting. This Mod makes you a harder target while confusing the enemy in the process. Try combining it with Smart Aim Assist or Smart Aim Abuse to get the maximum effect!

This Mod is disabled in-game by default; however, it can be enabled (or disabled) via a Speed Toggle during gameplay. Once enabled, the Mod will activate anytime the ADS and Fire Trigger is pulled. There is no GCI option required for this Mod.

Then, use ADS (LT/L2) and press Fire (usually RT/R2 unless you have the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled), your character will drop and begin firing. This Mod is useful for players that like to maintain stealth while reducing their target profile. It also assists with increased accuracy in combat. Try combining it with Smart Aim Assist or Smart Aim Abuse to get the maximum effect!

Mod 5 - Speed Toggle

Enable the Smart Shot Mod by using the Toggle below. Then, use ADS (LT/L2) and press Fire (usually RT/R2 unless you have the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled), your character will lock on to your target like a laser and track them while performing defensive maneuvers - even while in mid-air as they land (see demo video below.) They don't stand a chance!

Note: Smart Shot has its version of Aim Abuse that is activated once you hit Fire (not ADS like the other shot modes). All other mod settings are ignored (such as Rapid Fire, Strafe Shot, Drop Shot, etc.), and Strafe/Drop Shot is disabled when Smart Shot is active - this bad boy is a monster!

This Mod requires minimal stick movement as all the tracking is fully automated.

This Mod is disabled in-game by default; however, it can be enabled (or disabled) via a Speed Toggle during gameplay. Once enabled, the Mod will activate any time ADS and the Fire Trigger is pulled. There is no GCI option required for this Mod.

Smart Anti-Recoil
Mod 6 - Menu Toggle

Anti-Recoil is one of the oldest and most popular Mods for any FPS game. Weapons in this game have a considerable kick, and you will learn how to compensate with them. This new Smart Anti-Recoil Mod no longer relies on the old Anti-Recoil method of 'static' pulldown. It intelligently knows when to stop in every direction (X and Y-Axis) by recognizing and adapting to corrections you make during firing, preventing unwanted compensation when aiming up and aiming down, eliminating recoil from all your guns. The more you use the same weapon, the better it gets!

New Smart System Works With Both Aim Assist & Aim Abuse!

Smart Anti-Recoil and Smart Aim Assist are now designed to work together while firing. Anti-Recoil is only applied during firing (detected via Vibration Feedback that you should have enabled at the beginning of these instructions) and then Aim Assist is suspended. Between rounds Anti-Recoil is suspended and Aim Assist runs - all completely automated.

In addition, when Smart Aim Abuse is enabled (zooming in/out), the zoom out is timed so that it occurs between rounds, therefore both Anti-Recoil and Aim Assist are suspended during the zoom-out. This ensures that no movement is being added to aim, which means when the zoom-in occurs it pulls the cross-hairs directly to the target and Anti-Recoil/Aim Assist resumes.

This Mod is enabled in-game by default; however, it can be disabled (or enabled) via a Menu Toggle during gameplay. Once enabled, the Mod will activate any time the Fire Trigger is pulled.

Smart Aim Assist
Mod 7 - Menu Toggle

The Smart Aim Assist Mod intelligently recognizes and adapts to corrections you make when moving the cross-hairs during ADS and Firing, by analyzing the right stick input and modifying the required values accordingly. As stick input increases, the Aim Assist values are automatically reduced to allow free movement during panning (no more stuttering/sluggish movements), and maximum values are used when at, or close to idle.

Aim Assist is one of the more popular Mods from Cronus for FPS Games, and for maximum power it can also be combined with Smart Aim Abuse & Smart Anti-Recoil, giving you a far superior aiming experience.

You can select whether you'd like the Mod to be activated instantly, or by almost fully pressing ADS (usually LT/L2 unless you have the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled). The Press Sensitive option helps reduce screen shake, so we recommend you use that whenever possible. You can also set up a custom Aim Assist Strength in the GCI (see images below) - this will help fine-tune any screen shaking that you may be experiencing.  As always, the strength depends on the type of weapon used. Adjustable Range is 16 - 30 (Default 24). Don't forget to share your best settings in the CRONUS COMMUNITY SUPPORT TOPIC for this Mod.

Smart Aim Abuse
Mod 8 - Menu Toggle

The Smart Aim Abuse Mod uses an exploit in the game that will try to lock on the target when you aim. It intelligently recognizes and adapts to corrections you make when you move the cross-hairs during ADS and firing by analyzing the right stick input and adjusting according. As input increases, the Zoom in/out time is reduced by a percentage of the input. In other words, the more you're moving, the faster Aim Abuse pulls you back to the target, giving you deadly laser lock-on accuracy!

Cronus provides you with the absolute best aiming behavior in Fortnite - for maximum results use it with Smart Aim Assist & Smart Anti-Recoil!

You can select whether you'd like the mod to be activated instantly, or by almost fully pressing ADS (usually LT/L2 unless you have the Bumper/Trigger Swap Mod enabled). The Press Sensitive option helps reduce screen shake, so we recommend you use that whenever possible. You can also setup custom Aim Abuse Zoom In/Out times in the GCI (see image below).  Adjustable Range for Zoom-In is 100 - 500 (Default 280), Adjustable Range for Zoom-Out is 10 - 200 (Default 30). Don't forget to share your best settings in the CRONUS COMMUNITY SUPPORT TOPIC for this Mod.

Mod 9 - Menu Toggle

When entering Build Mode in-game (B/CIRCLE), all active Mods are suspended, which keeps all of the Combat Mods from interfering with any building. Exit Build Mode by tapping B/CIRCLE again, and all Mods will be reactivated.

In certain situations, when exiting Build Mode, the Cronus LED notifications may become un-synced. In that case, use Y/TRIANGLE to Exit Build Mode and the Cronus LED's will automatically re-sync.

Hair Triggers
Mod 10 - Menu Toggle

This game applies a 'dead-zone' to the trigger buttons, which means the triggers (either shooting or ADS) need to be pressed almost halfway down before being registered by the game. With this Hair Trigger Mod, you can ensure your weapon will fire or ADS at the slightest amount of pressure. When using this Mod, the LT/L2 and RT/R2 triggers are digitally converted to perform with ultra-sensitivity without having to hardwire any extra components to your controller - saving both your warranty, time and money.

You're welcome :)

Troubleshooting

If you find your GamePack isn't working correctly, the memory in the Cronus device where the settings are stored may have become corrupted. In this case, we recommend that you erase your memory slots using the Cronus Pro option in Tools > Device Cleanup > Erase Memory Slots. There will be an option to clear the memory slots in Cronus Pro. This step is not necessary, although recommended if you're not using the other slots.

If you're still having issues and want to check that your Cronus Device is functioning correctly with scripts, but you're not too sure how to test, we recommend you try out the easy to use Cronus Stress Test Script by Cronus Community senior staff member, Lex Lost.

Important

When using this GamePack for the first time, be sure to check each Mod to make sure everything is enabled or disabled precisely the way you want. With the built-in Toggles and LED notifications, this should take only a couple of minutes and will also make you familiar with how to use and configure the GamePack. We have found this eliminates almost all issues that users have.
